Shipping policy

Shipping is currently only available within Australia using Australia Post.

Dispatch Times 

Your order will be posted within 1-4 business days depending on the products ordered. Made to Order products will have more information about dispatch times. If your order contains a Made to Order product, the entirety of your order will be dispatched at the later date. 

Shipping Costs

Body products are shipped at a flat rate of $9.00 as of July 2025. Express shipping is an additional $6, for a total of $15 as of July 2025. 

Ceramic products are shipped based on weight and will be calculated at checkout. 

Delivery Times

Your order should arrive any time between 2-14 days after it has been shipped. Head to the Australia Post website to get a more accurate estimate for delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number that will give you an approximate delivery date. 

Please note that Australia Post no longer offer their Guaranteed Next Day Delivery for Express shipping.

International orders are taken on request only due to each country having varying policies on what products are allowed in. Please send us an email at etcbody@gmail.com if you would like to place an order to be shipped outside of Australia.
